Can you share some examples of agent compensation strategies?
First, this is a huge topic that could go on and on. There are many ways to handle agent compensation. The first thing to consider if you are a broker: run your office in a way that makes you happy. If you hate the way the office is run, you’ll burn out. Other things to consider: your business model, your growth strategy, and your office focus.
