Mike Krein discuses Amazon’s new affiliate partnership with Realogy in launching a home buying program. TurnKey, the pilot program offers complimentary home services, valued between between $1000 and $5000 , to home buyers who close on a home through a Turnkey real estate agent. Turnkey is in direct competition with Zillow’s Premier Agent program. Zillow brought in close to a billion dollars in revenue in 2018 through Premier Agent. We should expect other companies to jump in to the real estate industry. If realtors want to be successful, it is important now more than ever, to increase your online presence.
