Bonus pools, how do they work?
Looking at the size of your staff, you may want to create bonus pools. Mike goes over the details of implementing one, and some of the rules and structures around them. Closing deals, closing them on time, and it’s a great way to keep staff motivated and moving the transactions along. Getting everyone in the office involved and invested is a win for you, too.
