As the real estate market continues to change, we as brokers must change with it if we wish to remain profitable. Many real estate offices never reach their true potential, or worse, fail because we as individual broker/owners refuse to change. This video covers the changes we need to be making if we wish to survive.
If you keep doing the same things because experience tells you those things made you money, it won’t continue to work unless the market is unchanged. Technology in real estate has changed the game entirely. Are you still playing by the old rules?

This is what you hear from a brokerage about to go broke. You have to change with the market, with the buyer behaviors and with technology. Your buyers have changed with technology. Why haven’t you? Stop blaming the market. Are you waiting for the market to improve to allow you to avoid changing? Really? Find a new career.
