Where should my brokerage office be located?

No one wants to work in a dumpy or scary location. Are there places for lunch or coffee nearby? How is the parking situation?
All of my problems can be solved by recruiting!
Put your office where the agents are. 70-70% of agents live within 3-5 miles of their office. And then you have to consider, where is your product? There are no residential homes in the commercial section of town or industrial. You sell houses, your agents sell houses, your buyers know where the good houses are. Get the buyer into the office. They won’t drive downtown or waste time driving.
