The question of weekly sales meetings comes up frequently. When is the best time? Do evening sales meetings work?
The only people evening meetings truly accommodate are part-timers; the people who have other day-time jobs. As such, Mike’s experience has been that he hasn’t had success with evening meetings, and he has yet to meet a broker who has. Evenings should be reserved for special events. The most successful brokerages have weekly sales meetings in the mornings between 8:30-9:00 on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
