You probably have some real estate investor contacts, but you will need more. A database of real estate investors is easy to setup and maintain. It will also be likely to result in more double deals = more money! This results in greater market share which is great for recruiting real estate agents. The next wave of REO properties is coming! You are going to need real estate investors! With the market softening and interest rates likely rising, investor sales will increase as a percentage of overall transactions.
Reach out to your list of real estate investors by phone or email – then have the conversation. Find out if they are still investing in real estate and what they are looking for. Explain that you will notify them of new listings – some before they even come onto the market. This isn’t just about the real estate investors, though. You need to get something as well.
