What are your tips for meetings?

Pick one five minute session from a training or technique manual, such as Tom Hopkins and make that the added-value portion of your weekly meetings. The material works really well in a variety of settings, plus it’s a great time filler and increases production. Eventually your staff will be able to keep these short training sessions in a binder and have a carefully built sales manual to refer to.
